"Für weniger Hundekot mehr RobiDog Sammelbehälter installieren. Den Stadtstand sanieren und verschönern (Treppen, mehr Sand). Gute Fusswege zu den weiteren Badebuchten. Investition in besseres lokales ÖV-Sysrem (Busse). Sehr geschätzt haben wir die Fotoausstellung Phest, Qualität der Bilder und der Räume. Der Fussgängerbereich der Hafenmauer entlang und durch die Altstadt ist sehr schön und pitoresk. "

"+: Monopoli was great. We liked to have interesting places not far from Monopoli, max. 40 km.
-: Parking was complicated. It was unclear on which days which conditions apply, not only for us as Germans, also US and UK citizens had problems to understand. For residents of the historic old town it should at least be allowed to drive to the front of the house once to unload the luggage and once to load the luggage. In Via Santa Maria we did not have this luck."

"The tourist office were really helpful. We rented bikes. Lovely countryside spoilt by litter. Unlike Monopoli itself that was very clean. Why do people leave litter by the roadside con the country and why is it not cleared away "

"There is rubbish everywhere. Wherever you drive in the roads around Monopoli there are bags and bags of litter. It is horrible to see when you should be seeing all the amazing olive trees, but instead wonder why there is so much litter along every roadside."
